The Curated Masters is a private art rental programme operated by Lumascendia (MLHARRIS.COM) LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16961703), whose registered office is at Office 688, 60 Tottenham Court Road, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 2EW. Trading as ML Harris Consultancy.
Access to The Curated Masters platform is restricted to verified UK-registered companies who have been issued a valid invitation code. By proceeding with any booking, the renting organisation ("the Client") agrees to the following conditions.
All artworks within The Collection are the exclusive intellectual property of the artist or the Collection, as documented in the provenance record accompanying each piece.
The Collection strongly recommends that Clients take the optional Fine Art Insurance add-on at the time of booking. This provides full replacement value cover for the duration of the rental period.
Where the Client declines insurance, they remain liable for the full declared value of the artwork in the event of loss, theft, or damage beyond fair wear and tear.
The Collection commits 60% of all net rental income to registered charity partners. The remaining 40% is reinvested in the ongoing acquisition and conservation of the collection.
Charitable distributions are made quarterly to all active partner charities, allocated proportionally unless otherwise agreed. The Collection publishes an annual impact report detailing funds distributed.
Partner charities are subject to annual review. The Collection reserves the right to remove a charity from the programme should it cease to meet eligibility criteria.
The Collection collects company verification data via Companies House solely to confirm eligibility for access. This data is not shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than access verification.
Billing and payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe and is not stored on Collection servers.
Artwork descriptions, dimensions, and valuations are provided in good faith and are subject to change. The Collection makes no warranty as to the investment value of any artwork.
Photographs of artworks displayed on this platform are for illustrative purposes. Colours and textures may vary from the physical piece due to screen calibration.
The Collection reserves the right to withdraw any artwork from the rental programme at any time, subject to honouring existing confirmed bookings.
Any disputes arising from rental agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. The Curated Masters will always seek to resolve disputes informally in the first instance. Please contact Matt Harris at mlharris@mlharris.com in the first instance.
